9.3 How to Charge the Internal Battery

The battery is charged while the power is "ON," regardless of the operation

state of the STP pump.

After a power failure, charge the battery for approx. 12 times the BATTERY

BACKUP time. For example, when the BATTERY BACKUP time is 15 minutes,

it takes approx. 3 hours to charge the battery.

If a power failure occurs 2 times within 3 hours, charge the battery for more than

3 hours before starting to operate the STP pump.
