Sharp has a good presence in the Departmental segment at the present time and is currently ranked in 5

ahead of Kyocera and Toshiba. This is down to the success of the MX-M623U, MX-M753U and the MX-M850.

Ricoh are market leader in this segment with 28.9% share closely followed by Xerox on 24.4%. Canon is ranked 3

with 11.9% and Konica Minolta is 4

with 9.8% share of this segment.
