Additional Information
The living room and bedrooms are fully covered with sand colored 50% wool and/acrylic
carpet, which requires regular vacuuming, and steam cleaning and scotch guarding to remove
sand and dust and to help prevent permanent soiling.
Both Bedrooms have built in closets with drawers and shelving and hanging space and there is
some additional storage space in the closet in the entrance foyer.
The exterior entrance vestibule although it is common property has an additional light operated
by a switch inside the unit by the front door. The light fixture is new and the bulb
Replacement is a unit responsibility.
There is a new brown with black fir tree design bristle mat in the entrance vestibule.
There is a common property laundry with washer and dryer and tub located on each floor for
the use of the other three apartments. There is individual locked power provision for each
Apartment. The key to the lock is on each set of apartment keys. The washer push button (on
the left side when facing the machine) marked off should be kept depressed at all times and
the load size and type can be adjusted according to need but tends to overflow if used on the
high water mark. Please empty both filters after using the machines and leave the laundry tidy.
Please process clothes promptly.
There is regular cleaning of the common areas and the garden and building maintenance. The
body corporate members manage the operation and management. The members of the
executive are listed on the notice board for contact. For any Body Corporate issues contact the
President currently Brian Thiele Unit # 1.
There are 3 unassigned parking spaces on the eastern side of the building. These parking
spaces are for the use of the units without assigned spaces on a first come basis. The 3
spaces are not for visitor parking. The fourth space under the palm tree is allocated.
There is a communal locked storage space under the building and on the roof level beside the
lift well which is managed by the Body Corporate. Please contact a member for access.
The roof is accessible with the security key via the fire escape and is two flights above the
seventh floor. The roof is used extensively on fireworks nights but is otherwise a low usage
area.
