One Beefeater 2000 S/Steel Propane Barbecue with tank grid removal tool and cleaning brush.

Propane tank is concealed behind the central pedestal. Cookbook with instructions for care

and use of barbecue is in the apartment manual. The barbecue is one year old and is clean

and in good condition. Foil lined drip tray contains volcanic rock which is to be changed after

every 10 uses. Please ensure that the windows and doors are closed when cleaning the

barbecue as if it is at all windy the black cinders are likely to stain the carpet. Please leave the

barbecue on the street side of the balcony.
