TMJ exam options:

Right TMJ: Acquisition of right TMJ.

Left TMJ: Acquisition of left TMJ.

Right & Left TMJs: Acquisition of both right and left TMJs.

Program options:

Single TMJ acquisition: Available only with Left or Right program option.

Both TMJ acquisition: Available only with Right & Left program option.
