CD Playback

- Listening to a CD -

Listening to a CD

This system can play audio CD-R and CD-RW discs just as CD

discs, but cannot perform recording.

Playback of audio CD-R or CD-RW may not be performed depend-

ing on the disc state or the device you used for recording.

To stop playback:

Press the ON/STAND-BY button to turn the power on.

Press the FUNCTION button until "CD STOP" appears

on the display.

When operating with the remote control, press the CD but-

ton.

If no disc is loaded, the display will be "NO DISC" instead of

"CD STOP".

Press the OPEN/CLOSE button to open the CD com-

partment.

Place a CD on the spindle,

label side up.

Press the OPEN/CLOSE button to close the CD com-

partment.

The CD playback will start automatically.

When the last track on the disc has finished playing, the CD

player will stop automatically.

Press the button.

To resume playback, press

the button.
