Accessing the machine

When Department Control is activated, you must enter your Department Code

before performing an operation.

♦ If you do not begin the operation within one minute after entering the code,

the fax will return to controlled access mode.

Note: You do not have to enter a Department Code to receive faxes manually (by

picking up an extension phone connected to the same line and pressing on

the machine).
