COMMITMENT:

At Pacer Group our goals are simple; to achieve total customer satisfaction by

ORDERING:

Pacer is capable of receiving orders by phone, fax and e-mail. Office hours are

from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time. Orders meeting standard

packaging, placed before 12 noon, will ship the same day. Our sales staff is

experienced and qualified to answer any questions you may have concerning our

products.

Additions: Additions to existing orders are allowed so long as the original order

has not been processed for shipment. If this is the case, please place a separate

order.

RETURN POLICY:

Pacer will refund your purchase in full if it is returned within 15 days, with an

approved RMA. Sales after 15 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Sales after

90 days are final.

Non-standard cut lengths of wire and cable are non-returnable, non-refundable.

FREIGHT:

All material is shipped F.O.B. Sarasota, FL or F.O.B. Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Net 30 days will be given to companies with approved credit. Pacer will ship

orders C.O.D. or payment can be made by credit card.

PRICING:

All prices listed on our price sheet are subject to change without notice. Prices do

not include freight or any local, state or federal taxes. Volume pricing is available.

MINIMUMS:

Pacer has positioned itself to sell products at the lowest possible minimum.

Listed in this catalog with each item description are standard package quantities.

CLAIMS:

Please inspect all items received for damages. Freight claims are against the

carrier. If you are not satisfied with the material received, return the product

within 15 days with an approved RMA# for a full refund, replacement or credit.
